Emily Ezell has been dancing since the age of two and brings more than 16 years of dance experience to Dance It Out! A proud Park View High School graduate, Emily has trained in a wide variety of styles, including ballet, tap, hip hop, jazz, contemporary, ballroom, lyrical, and Irish dance. She also spent time as a competitive gymnast and was a member of Dance It Out’s Irish Ensemble.

Emily now shares her love of dance as an Irish dance instructor at Dance It Out, tumbling tots coach at Flip It Out, where she enjoys helping the next generation of dancers build confidence, learn new skills, and discover their own love for performing.

Throughout her dance journey, Emily has had the opportunity to perform in the Walt Disney World parade in Orlando, Florida twice—experiences she says she will never forget.

Outside of the studio, Emily works at the South Hill Chamber of Commerce, where she enjoys being involved in and supporting the local community. She also has experience in the pageant world and was named Miss Mecklenburg’s Outstanding Teen in 2022.

Whether she is teaching, dancing, working in the community, or taking on a new opportunity, Emily loves connecting with others and bringing her positive energy to everything she does!
