Growing up Lauren was always involved in sports and loved being part of a team. In 2011, she graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. After graduating, she worked several years as a rehabilitation technician in skilled nursing facilities and various administrative roles before becoming a full-time stay-at-home mother. Her mission is to help students build confidence in themselves, achieve their goals, and most importantly have fun while using her degree to strengthen and condition their bodies to help them complete their tasks as safely as possible.   

When she isn't in the gym, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, being crafty, and trying new recipes. You may also catch her on the stage of the local community theaters.
